How do I open a ZR Pay virtual card?

Download the app, sign up, complete KYC, then tap "Apply for card" on the Cards page. Once approved, your virtual Visa card is ready to use.

Which top-up methods are supported, and how long does it take?

USDT top-up is supported via networks like TRC20 / BSC / ERC20 — transfer to the address shown in the app. Funds are usually credited within a few minutes after on-chain confirmation.

How is my money and card information protected?

Viewing the card number and sensitive details requires payment-password verification, online spending uses 3DS cardholder verification, and you can freeze or unfreeze the card anytime in the app.

What should I keep in mind during KYC?

Use a valid, unexpired ID, make sure photos are clear and uncropped, and record the face video in good lighting. KYC progress is saved, so you can resume an unfinished application within 7 days.

What are the spending fees and card limits?

Spending fee is about 0.1%–0.5%, with limited-time free issuance and no annual fee. Per-transaction and daily limits are shown on the Cards page — refer to the app for exact figures.

How long do refunds take to arrive?

Merchant refunds are returned to your card balance once the merchant releases them, typically within a few business days depending on the merchant and network.
